About

A Korean kitchen that keeps kosher.

Seoul Bite opened in Teaneck so people who keep kosher could order Korean food without translating the menu into “almost.” The kitchen is fully meat. Dairy is not served.

What “kosher Korean” means here

The restaurant says every item is prepared under kosher guidelines, and that the hechsher is the Rabbinical Council of Bergen County (RCBC). RCBC’s own store page lists Seoul Bite at 206 W Englewood Ave, Teaneck, as a Korean meat restaurant.

Pas Yisrael and yoshon are marked no on that RCBC page. If either matters for your table, check with the vaad before you order, not after the bag arrives.

The weekly meal shop credits Chef Mr. Park and 30-plus years of cooking. That line is the shop’s own claim.

The robot, plainly

Seoul Bite features a robotic chef in the dining room. Come for the chicken. The robot is the extra.

Families use the room. The site describes it as casual and open to kids. There is no published reservation book. Walk in during listed hours, or order ahead.
